We can repair your printer on a time and materials basis. Customers who take up this option will be quoted before any work is carried out so that they remain in control of the costs at all times.
Our problem determination team look at all chargeable calls beforehand in order to minimise the total costs of the repair and to reduce your downtime.
Discounts are also available if you decide to have multiple machines serviced at the same time.
We warranty parts and labour for 30 days.
All time and materials calls are responded to within three days. However, about 90% of calls are responded to within one or two days.
