 We are able to provide our customers with an on site printer service throughout the UK and Ireland.
Each of our engineers had to undertake a six week training programme which is known as the ‘PPL Method’ before they were allowed to service a customer’s machine. More information about our ongoing printer engineer training course can be found here.
The average length of time that a printer engineer has been with PPL is 12 years. This ensures that we have experienced qualified engineers who not only have the experience and knowledge about printing technology but also understand how frustrating it can be when your printer doesn’t work.
