
A specialised service designed for larger customers with a large installed printer base.
We arrange to hold a number of working spare machines. When one on site fails we simply send them a working one. Our logistics team arrange the delivery and collection of the faulty printer which is then repaired and sent out when the next printer fails.
The purpose of the service is to give you access to a working machine the following business day.
